Practicing self-love seems to be an easy thing especially during this era when many people believe in self-care. A person need to think of what comes to their mind when they hear their friend talk negatively about themselves, doubt their abilities or even struggle with self-pity. If a friend come to you with such feelings you usually so quick to remind them of the past achievements, and encourage them that tomorrow will be better than today. If you can’t allow a friend not to have negative feeling about themselves don’t say it yourself when you are going through the same situation. This now is what we call self-love.
The third consideration you need to make to help you learn more about self-love is to find your happy place. It may sound odd but self-love is not something you do on your own. In some cases, an individual can find out that there are certain community, a specific place or even an event that helps them know more about their requirements and show self-love. For some people spending an hour in a dark place makes them happy. In some cases you want to stay with religious people and realize how religion can help you get in touch with the inner you. There are some people who need to sped sometime with good books for them to learn self-love.
